Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource schedules for house construction.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and procurement schedules.
  • Site & Construction Management
  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
  • Technical & Engineering Support
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
  • Provide technical guidance to site workers and subcontractors.
  • Identify design or construction issues and recommend solutions.
  • Budget & Procurement
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
  • Track expenses to ensure the project remains within budget.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for cost efficiency.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
  • Maintain documentation of project activities, costs, and schedules.
  • Ensure proper turnover of project upon completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (licensed engineer preferred).
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
  • Proficient in project management tools and MS Office/AutoCAD.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
