Responsibilities

  • Attends Meetings Related to Project
  • Inform Design Changes & Reports to the Project Director
  • Coordinate the Review of Design Documents, Drawings and Specifications
  • Assures Effective Design Solutions
  • Initiates Preparation of Project Estimates & Objectives
  • Prepare Project Investigation Report
  • Monitors and Implement Project Time Schedule and Budget

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Architecture.
  • Required skill(s): Must Excel 3D Studio Max, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad, Freehand Drawing, Sketch-up, Vray Render for Sketchup, Sketchup 3D, Manual Drafting, Freehand Drawing
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Can manage multiple projects.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Experience in Office Fit-out, Residential, Building Construction and Commercial Spaces a Plus
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Ability to work and contribute to a team environment.
  • High level of energy and tenacity
  • Desire & Ability to learn.
  • Outstanding Organizational and Time Management Skills, Results Oriented, Good Business Ethics and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple accounts.
