Role Overview:

We're looking for a Field Risk Officer to conduct 85% field investigations into fraud cases, verify customer and partner data, and manage fraud case files. You'll work closely with internal teams to protect Billease and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site fraud investigations and verifications.
  • Manage, file, and document fraud cases accurately.
  • Collaborate with operations and legal teams.
  • Monitor fintech transactions for suspicious activity.

Requirements:

  • 1 -2 years' experience in fraud investigation or risk management (fintech preferred).
  • Strong investigative and reporting skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
