JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solution to be delivered to the market.
  • Deliver best business practices in supply chain and retail operations by assisting in business process review during scoping phase.
  • Work with the Implementation team to ensure that the process, people, organization structure, and technology are well integrated.
  • Provide product demonstration to prospective customer and show the value of solution, ensure that the products being offered can be tailored to meet the customers' requirements.
  • Determine the scope of the implementation technology solution and the resources required to successfully complete the project.
  • Ensure proactive communication to clients and internal staff, and managing enhancement requirements, escalations, and capability to understand simple to complex business requirements.
  • Identify use cases, roles and other business requirements for each project.
  • Produce and manage client-facing documentation and Solution Design documentation.
  • Conduct implementation pilots and help customer envision final solution.
  • Train new clients on the essentials of systems to get them started on implementations.
  • Provide functional support post implementation to ensure and create optimum customer satisfaction, leading to long term relationships.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, BS Mathematics , Information Technology or any related field.
  • With at least 3 years relevant experience in Consultancy and planning solutions implementation.
  • With background in warehouse management or demand planning, forecasting and replenishment is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in diverse business matters such as retail operations, merchandising or supply chain fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to understand systems and analyze large data sets.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously.
  • Very strong teamwork capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in onsite in Makati.
