About the role

MPL Center for Integrative and Functional Medicine is seeking an experienced Consultant Doctor in Integrative & Functional Medicine to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Makati City Metro Manila, this role will provide strategic medical advice and hands-on patient care, contributing to the centre's mission of delivering holistic, evidence-based healthcare solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments using an integrative and functional medicine approach
  2. Develop individualised treatment plans focused on restoring balance and promoting optimal health and wellbeing
  3. Prescribe nutraceuticals, botanical medicines, dietary and lifestyle modifications as appropriate
  4. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centred care
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in integrative and functional medicine
  6. Contribute to the development and refinement of the centre's clinical protocols and educational resources

What we're looking for

  1. Medical degree and valid medical license to practice in the Philippines
  2. 5+ years of clinical experience, with a strong background in integrative and functional medicine
  3. In-depth knowledge of evidence-based integrative modalities such as nutrition, herbal medicine, mind-body therapies, and lifestyle interventions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
  5. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for holistic, patient-centred care
