As a Marketplace Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, manage KPIs, ensure compliance, and collaborate across teams to enhance systems, processes, and standards for a thriving retail platform.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2+ years of e-commerce or marketplace experience
• Demonstrated experience in marketplace operations, including onboarding, account management, and/or seller support
• Strong understanding and working experience with third-party marketplace technologies and CRMs
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Your Daily Tasks

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marketplace team, including:
• Marketplace Onboarding
• Seller Support
• Customer Service queries/escalations
• Marketplace Compliance
• Coach and train staff to build skills and improve performance
• Manage performance by:
• Measuring scorecards/KPIs in alignment with Marketplace KPIs
• Conducting ongoing coaching and review sessions
• Drive succession planning to prepare the team for long-term success
• Develop redundancy and resilience strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations during leave or unforeseen circumstances
• Provide hands-on support to manage and balance work volumes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital, IT, Legal, Customer Care, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless operations
