Job Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our Japanese

restaurant team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing

dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas to maintain a clean and

organized back-of-house environment. This role is essential in supporting smooth

kitchen operations and ensuring food safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitise dishes, glasses, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dish washing and kitchen areas.
  • Assist in taking out trash, cleaning floors, and ensuring proper waste disposal.
  • Handle kitchen tools, plates, and glassware carefully to avoid breakage.
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff by keeping dishware and utensils stocked during service.
  • Follow proper sanitation and food safety guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with basic kitchen prep or other tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Job Requirements

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided (experience in a restaurant setting is a plus).
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
