Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various levels and functions to ensure a diverse, qualified talent pool.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
- Coach and mentor junior recruitment team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance in recruitment.
Project Management:
- Lead recruitment projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the process.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Use advanced Excel skills to analyze recruitment data, track KPIs, and generate reports for management.
- Create and maintain dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics, trends, and improvement areas.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to enhance recruitment strategies.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques and candidate assessment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proficient in using recruitment and HR technology, including applicant tracking systems or Workday
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
