We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our recruitment operations. This role is open to fresh graduates and individuals with no prior experience, provided they are highly trainable, organized, and eager to learn. The Talent Acquisition Assistant will play an important role in sourcing candidates, managing requisitions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities- Receive aligned requisitions from the TA Supervisor and post them in the ATS.
- Organize and execute the sourcing process, including pre-selection and initial interviews, to identify suitable candidates.
- Ensure the publication of vacant positions through proper communication channels such as company landing page, external job boards, universities, and internal platforms (ATS).
- Guarantee that candidates comply with all required steps, tests, technical requirements, and other aspects necessary for the role.
- Maintain a minimum pool of qualified candidates for assigned profiles.
- Receive, process, and manage candidate documentation.
- Communicate updates on requisitions to the TA Supervisor on a timely basis.
- Supervise candidate progress throughout the recruitment process, ensuring smooth completion of each stage.
- Provide professional and respectful feedback to non-selected candidates.
- Support the standardization of reporting and analysis by ensuring accurate data integrity in the ATS.
- Maintain and update the candidate database regularly for accuracy and completeness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field (open to fresh graduates).
- No prior experience required; must be trainable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage but not required.
