Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer-related tasks such as data entry, account updates, and support coordination.
  • Process inquiries accurately using internal systems and tools.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure information is updated promptly.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve concerns effectively and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed K–12 (new curriculum) or attended at least any year in college (any course).
  • No prior work or BPO experience required.
  • Basic computer and typing skills (30 WPM preferred).
  • Good reading comprehension and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
