As a Customer Care Representative – Healthcare Account, you will provide excellent customer service by handling inbound voice calls from members regarding their health insurance. This includes assisting with claims, benefits, and eligibility inquiries from US/Canadian members.
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x) Schedule: Night shift | Fixed Weekends Off Salary Package:
- ₱26,000 - ₱33,000
Payout: Once a month
Qualifications:
- Completed 2 years in college with no back subjects OR 2-year vocational graduate
- Must have 1 year BPO experience handling metrics-driven international accounts
- Preferably with healthcare/health insurance international account experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- 10% Night Differential
