Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VIP Front Office Agent located in Metro Manila. The VIP Front Office Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to VIP guests, managing reception duties, handling check-in processes, and ensuring smooth front office operations. The ideal candidate will address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining the high standards of the resort.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations
  • Proficiency in Check-in processes and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with VIP gaming guests
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
