  • Handling VIP BD Local guests in Solaire VIP Premium for both Solaire Entertainment City and Solaire North. The Executive Host is responsible for cultivating strong player relationships, coordinating VIP services, and driving revenue through strategic player acquisition and retention. This role blends luxury hospitality, marketing savvy, and exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver elite service at every stage of the guest experience.
  • Oversee all guest touchpoints: pre-arrival planning, arrival logistics, in-house engagement, and post-departure follow-up.
  • Coordinate key services including transportation, hotel stays, dining preferences, and gaming programs.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with VIP players and their companions.
  • Ensure a high level of service and hospitality aligned with Solaire's standards.
  • Manage special requests, resolve issues promptly, and communicate across departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a robust player database, focusing on recruitment and retention.
  • Invite players to participate in exclusive events, promotions, and tournaments.
  • Offer personalized comps based on play history and overall player value.
  • leverage phone, email, SMS, and face-to-face engagement to maintain contact with players.
  • Drive player loyalty through recognition of special occasions and ongoing relationship-building.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity, marketing, and performance reports.
  • Monitor comp issuance and mom allotments,
  • Maintain confidentiality of player information at all times.
  • Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of VIP services and events.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Solid understanding of marketing, player acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
