Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor - Department Head located in Metro Manila. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily front office operations, ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and manage reservations. The supervisor will also be responsible for training and supervising front office staff, maintaining high levels of customer service, and ensuring all reception duties are performed effectively.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory skills and experience in managing a team
  • Experience in receptionist duties and handling reservations
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
