Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive email with invoice, forward to appropriate person to authorize the payment
  • Get approved invoices which are due for payments, choose in the batch the invoices they'll be working on.
  • Download and upload invoices to banking software.
  • Processing payments, matching payments vs invoice .
  • Once a month, rental payment (+150 stores) processing. Volume of invoices entering in spreadsheets.
  • Monthly financial close reporting.
  • Entering manually the invoices in the system, checking inbox and entering manually in system.
  • Manage and coach our existing accounts payable officer
  • Review accuracy/quality of accounts payable officer

Qualifications:

  • 5 years Accounts Payable experience - has theoretical understanding from end to end
  • Experience with any accounting softwares (even internal accounting systems can do)
  • Leadership AP experience
  • Good Communication skills - written and spoken
  • MS Excel experience - intermediate
  • Volume invoice processing - 100 invoices a day
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid setup at Bonifacio Global City (BGC)
  • Amenable work at 7AM - 4PM PH Time
