Responsibilities:

  • Support payroll tasks as assigned, such as document verification, data checking, and coordinating requirements with employees or sellers.
  • Assists the Sales Admin in all clerical/non critical work
  • Files and organizes documents such as 201 files, certifications and contracts
  • Assists in scheduling and assignment of meeting rooms
  • Prepares and issues IDs of accredited sellers
  • Processes request for office supplies on a regular basis
  • Maintains monitoring for contracts, IDs and office supplies
  • Routes memos, reports and other relevant documents to other departments
  • Performs customer service functions by answering sellers' inquiries and requests
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned to support Sales Admin and Payroll operations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Financial Management, Accounting, Accounting technology, and other related fields
  • Amenable to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
