
Human Resources Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the recruitment process, including updating tracker for job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and endorsing for the department head.
Employee Relations: Memo for the employees, Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive workplace culture. Provide counseling and support to employees as needed.
Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including hmo, sss, philhealth, pag-ibig, assisting and processing loans of the employees.
Record Keeping: Timekeeping Processing for W1 employees, Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluations and address performance-related issues with staff.
Required Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
Experience: 5 years of experience in HR, including supervisory experience, is necessary.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, vlookup and tools is also important.
Work Environment: HR Supervisors typically work in Makati Office but eventually transfer in Las Pinas.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
