About the role

Join the vibrant team at Barefoot Senorita, Inc. as a full-time Food Server in our lively restaurant located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.

What you'll be doing

  1. Warmly greet and welcome guests, and guide them to their tables
  2. Present the menu, provide recommendations, and take accurate orders
  3. Efficiently deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  4. Monitor tables and promptly respond to guest requests or concerns
  5. Ensure tables are cleaned and reset between seatings
  6. Assist with light food preparation tasks as needed
  7. Maintain a clean and organised work area
  8. Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless dining experience

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar food service role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  4. A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A team player attitude and willingness to learn
