Join our dynamic front-of-house team at Al dente, the newest and most exciting Italian Pasta Bar in the heart of Bonifacio Global City We are thrilled to announce our grand opening and are on the lookout for vibrant and attentive Waiters/Waitresses to help us create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

We specifically seek young, service-minded individuals aged 18-30, who exude a warm and pleasant personality. If you have a passion for hospitality, a love for Italian cuisine, and thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment, we want you on our team.

The role involves versatile assignments, including cashier, front house duties, and serving, allowing you to showcase your skills across various aspects of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing detailed information about daily specials and menu items.
• Take and process orders accurately, and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that presentation and quality meet our high standards.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Process payments and provide accurate change.
• Ensure cleanliness of the dining area and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in setting up the dining area, including table arrangements and decoration.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and other waitstaff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably in a similar cuisine restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is a plus.
• High school diploma; hospitality training or relevant field is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
