About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Server/Cashier to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive dining/retail experience for our guests by ensuring excellent customer service, accurate transactions, and smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as required.
  • Ensure tables and/or service areas are clean, organized, and ready for customers.
  • Assist with food and beverage service (if applicable).
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and store policies.
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in line with company guidelines.
  • Support team members in daily store operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
