Job Description:

This role will support a range of marketing activities, including graphic design, video editing, digital content creation, and basic website administration. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and capable of delivering visually engaging content that supports our brand and marketing goals.

Salary Range: 30,000-45,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit visual content using Photoshop, InDesign, and other design tools.
  • Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal use.
  • Design graphics for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
  • Assist with basic website updates and administration, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop multimedia assets that support campaigns and brand identity.
  • Maintain an organized library of digital assets and project files.
  • Support additional marketing activities as needed.
  • Monitor website performance and report any issues like broken links or errors.
  • Ensure website content is consistent with brand guidelines and visually appealing.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience with video editing software.
  • Basic graphic design experience with a good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.
  • Ability to perform basic website admin tasks (e.g., updating content, editing pages, uploading media).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant design and multimedia work (preferred).
