  • Graduate of Bachelor of BS in Architecture or Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) from a reputable school
  • Preferably Licensed with above average scholastic records
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Minimum experience of 5 years as a Field/Project Engineer or Architect
  • Must be willing to relocate and adapt fast paced working environment
  • Possesses good presentation skills and command of the English language in both oral and written forms
  • Proficient in MS Excel and CAD and other Engineering/Architectural software
  • Knowledgeable in the types and levels of estimates, building codes and building methodologies
  • Knowledgeable in the identification of the types of bonds, insurances and sureties, and claims, value engineering, quality control and assurance
