We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Solutions Specialist to join our team at Go Fabricate Co. Based in Calamba City Laguna, this full-time position plays a crucial role in delivering innovative mechanical engineering solutions to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement advanced engineering solutions
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conducting thorough analyses, testing, and evaluations to ensure the quality and effectiveness of engineering solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and documentation
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members to foster their professional development

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar engineering solutions role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality engineering projects within defined timelines and budgets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design, simulation, and project management tools
