Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Jr Engineer to assist in the oversight of on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in engineering principles and a keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. Project Junior Engineer will work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising and managing on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Support senior engineers in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation, including updates on project status and any issues or concerns.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on construction methodologies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Assist in resolving on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction.
  • Basic knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
  • Willing to transfer to other project or site.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Place of Assignment: Willing to be assigned in Canlubang, Laguna

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php16, Php19,000.00 per month
