  • At least 5 years' experience in Engineering, Procurement, Design, Project Management in the construction or real estate industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Sketchup, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3d and other software related to design and estimates.
  • Adept at conducting business proposal presentations
  • Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion
