Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department if necessary while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to retain customers by providing alternative solutions, offering promotions, or suggesting service upgrades that meet their needs.
- Adhere to all regulatory and company guidelines regarding customer privacy, data protection, and compliance standards.
