  • 2–5 years' experience in email, call, and chat support
  • Strong campaign management background; heavy on technical troubleshooting
  • Basic scripting: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Digital Marketing or Google Ads experience is an advantage
  • Handles pay-per-click ads

Customer Support Senior Associate (Video)

  • 3–4 years in email, call, and chat support
  • Background in digital marketing/Google Ads + troubleshooting
