PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER NEEDS ANALYSIS:

  1. Thoroughly assesses needs of prospect customers.
  2. Identifies application requirements and pain points
  3. Makes a tailored proposal on what solution is suitable for each customer and creates appropriate product demonstration set-ups as needed.

ESTABLISH TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

  1. Acquires a deep understanding of our products and services, capabilities, risks, and limitations of usage and applications.
  2. Establishes capability to accurately address customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Provides technical guidance and support to sales teams, customers, and partners to address their application and technical concerns.
  4. Handles presentations and product demonstrations that can be applied to solve customer pain points and challenges.

SALES PROCESS SUPPORT

  1. Assists in setting up and executing Proof-of-Concept (POC's) to validate our product or service functionality to serve customers' requirements.
  2. Collaborates with other sales staffs to qualify leads, identify other potential opportunities, and prepare technical solutions proposals.
  3. Provides technical support upon implementation, training, and on-going customer support on executed product and service applications.
  4. Works continuously with sales staffs in staying abreast with industry trends, competitor offers, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's/College degree of any course, with relevant working experience.
  • Graduates of any engineering course or equivalent (even without relevant experience) are welcome to apply.
  • With strong verbal and written communication skills.
