TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult with Chief Lube Engineer and Sales Team to implement product recommendations, lubrication service guidelines, Planned Engineering Service, and technical programs for nominated customers.
• Develop individual account strategies within the designated area to support sales goals.
• Identify and quantify profit improvement opportunities with existing customers.
• Implement and evaluate technical programs for customers as needed and manage customer product technical complaints effectively.
• Implement and evaluate technical programs for customers as needed.
• Oversee Used Oil Analysis and other customer programs within the area of responsibility.
• Present training courses on Lubrication Fundamentals, product knowledge, applications, and technical programs to new sales staff and customers.

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and tailor recommendations to customer needs.
• Present and promote product knowledge and features; provide basic training to customer personnel.
• Handle sales reporting, administrative tasks, dues collection, and CRM records maintenance.
• Identify and pursue market and growth opportunities through strategic prospecting.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute marketing plans and strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

• Registered Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in
  maintaining plant, equipment, and lubrication systems.
• A strong understanding of industrial systems and operations, preferably with experience in Fleet/Marine, Industrial, or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Experience in managing and nurturing Key Accounts is highly preferred, showcasing strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• A confident presentation style that enables clear, impactful communication with stakeholders.
