We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT team as a System Support Staff. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills in system support and IT operations. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • With 1 year of work-related experience. We encourage fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge to apply.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals, including PCs, printers, and scanners.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing clear and timely updates to users.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues and able to manage multiple support requests efficiently.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to escalate issues appropriately and work effectively with other teams.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
  • Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or issues to senior IT staff.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
