About the Role

Our Project Management Office (PMO) plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations across projects, systems, and teams. We're looking for a System Support Generalist to join us—someone who can bridge the gap between technical systems and operational teams.

You'll help manage system-related requests, coordinate improvements, and keep our tools running efficiently so projects stay on track and teams stay connected.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day system and user support for teams across the organization.
  • Coordinate with PMO and other departments to resolve issues and implement system improvements.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, knowledge bases, and user guides.
  • Support the deployment and rollout of new system modules and updates.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a systems, operations, or support role (preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using and managing administration or support tools.
  • A collaborative mindset—you enjoy helping others and ensuring systems work smoothly across projects.
