Your Role:

  • Independently manage SharePoint administration and provide advanced user support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues and system performance matters
  • Execute and improve SharePoint web designs and site configurations
  • Develop and maintain advanced document management structures and workflows
  • Handle complex document management requirements and implement best practices
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements
  • Propose and implement improvements to existing knowledge management processes
  • Support the KM Manager in maintaining and enhancing knowledge resources
  • Train and guide entry-level team members on system processes
  • Create technical documentation and user guides
  • Perform quality checks on content management and metadata

About You:

  • Have a college or university degree in either of the following: Library and Information Science, Information Technology or other
  • 2-3 years of experience in knowledge management or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong technical skills in SharePoint administration and configuration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and verbal English
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle complex tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of document management systems and PDF software
  • Intermediate knowledge of coding languages
  • Experience in creating technical documentation
  • Understanding of information architecture principles
  • Quality-focused with attention to detail
  • Ability to train and guide junior team members
