Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, products, or services to support budgeting, pricing, and decision-making. Ensures estimates are competitive, realistic, and aligned with company standards.

Key Duties:

  • Analyze project plans, requirements, and specifications.
  • Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
  • Collect quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Work with engineers, project managers, and other teams to finalize budgets.
  • Monitor actual project costs vs. estimates and recommend adjustments.
  • Maintain cost databases and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in cost estimation, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
