Naghahanap ang LEC Steel Manufacturing Corp. ng Cost Estimator na may mahusay na analytical skills at kaalaman sa costing upang magsagawa ng pagsusuri ng materials, labor, at project requirements. Tutulong ang posisyong ito sa paghahanda ng accurate at competitive cost estimates para sa mga proyekto ng kumpanya.

Mga Tungkulin at Responsibilidad

  • Pagsusuri ng project plans, drawings, at specifications
  • Paghahanda ng detailed cost estimates para sa materials, labor, equipment, at iba pang project expenses
  • Pakikipag-coordinate sa Engineering, Production, at Purchasing teams para sa tamang costing
  • Pagbuo at pagsusuri ng BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
  • Pag-update ng costing database at price list
  • Pagtulong sa paghahanda ng proposals at quotations para sa clients
  • Pagtukoy ng potential cost-saving strategies
  • Pagtiyak na tama at kumpleto ang lahat ng costing documents

Mga Kwalipikasyon

  • Graduate ng Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Technology, o kaugnay na kurso
  • May karanasan bilang Cost Estimator o sa construction/steel manufacturing industry (advantage)
  • Fresh graduates ay maaring mag apply
  • Marunong magbasa ng technical drawings at plans
  • May mataas na analytical at mathematical skills
  • Detalyado at organisado sa trabaho
  • Marunong gumamit ng MS Excel, AutoCAD (advantage), at iba pang costing tools
  • Handang magtrabaho sa Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
