About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and results-driven Internet Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our computer/internet shop. The manager will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining equipment, and driving overall shop performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the internet shop, including scheduling and supervising staff.
  • Monitor and maintain computer units, networking systems, and peripherals to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Implement and enforce shop policies, including proper use of equipment and fair usage time.
  • Oversee sales of additional products (e.g., printing, snacks, gaming accessories).
  • Manage cash flow, daily sales reports, and shop expenses.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for repairs, upgrades, or inventory.
  • Train and motivate staff to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety of the shop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month

Experience:
