Your Role in a Nutshell:

As the Assistant Finance Manager, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in managing the company's overall financial health. You will oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, strengthen financial controls, and drive operational efficiencies. This position requires a strong leader who can balance day-to-day finance operations with strategic planning, while effectively guiding and developing the finance team to support business growth and sustainability.

What You Will Do:

Financial Planning, Reporting & Compliance

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management accounts and statutory reports in compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards.
• Use D365 Business Central to prepare and review weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports for the Managing Director and CFO.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, company secretary, and relevant government authorities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, security, and accuracy of all financial data and procedures.

Operational Finance Management

• Monitor daily financial operations, including cash flow budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and banking relations.
• Ensure healthy collection practices and initiate timely recovery actions in collaboration with Sales and other teams.
• Oversee accurate and compliant bookkeeping, including timely D365 entries and complete supporting documentation.
• Manage bank facilities to secure competitive rates and favorable terms.

Strategic Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, train, and develop the finance team, addressing skills gaps and managing performance effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting to support business objectives.
• Support CFO/VP C&R in developing finance-related policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assess business performance and recommend strategies for risk mitigation and growth opportunities.
• Rationalize departmental costs against generated value.

Forecasting & Asset Management

• Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and manage in/out flows effectively.
• Maintain asset registries and oversee proper inventory management for capital assets.
• Implement and monitor processes in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Legal & Risk Management

• Work with legal officers and external counsel on financial and contractual matters.
• Ensure full compliance with all company, legal, and industry requirements for financial operations.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Proven experience in finance leadership, preferably in an IT-BPM or multinational setting.
• Strong working knowledge of D365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• High integrity and commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
