About the Role

We are looking for an Experienced Civil Drafter to join our Engineering Team.

Working closely with our Australian Civil Team you will support projects in Mining, Industrial and Urban Development markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD
  • Create and maintain AutoCAD blocks, layers, and templates
  • Set up drawing files and sheet sets based on company standards
  • Manage drawing registers and version control
  • Work with engineers and drafters to update and revise drawings accurately

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years' experience as a Civil Drafter

  • Strong AutoCAD skills, including:

  • Dynamic and attributed blocks

  • Layer management
  • Templates and drawing setup
  • Sheet set management

  • Xrefs and annotation scaling

  • Good understanding of civil drafting (site plans, earthworks, utilities)

  • Previous experience with an Australian company and / or Australian civil engineering standards
  • Able to produce clear and accurate drawings
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage deadlines and work independently
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Experience in mining & industrial projects would be beneficial but not essential
