Responsibilities:

1. Assist engineers in preparing 2D construction drawings at all project stages, including but not limited to: general layouts, civil foundation plans, electrical wiring diagrams, and cable routing plans.

2. Accurately and efficiently modify and update AutoCAD drawings based on engineers' redline markups or design changes.

3. Manage drawing standardization, plotting, and filing, ensuring consistency across all drawing versions.

4. Create an integrated 3D project model using software like Civil 3D or Revit, based on the approved 2D design drawings. The model must accurately represent the position and dimensions of key elements such as terrain, PV mounting structures, modules, equipment foundations, cable trays/conduits, and the substation.

5. Generate sections, detailed views, and material schedules from the 3D model to supplement the 2D construction drawings.

6. When needed, produce simple visualizations or fly-through videos from the model for technical clarification and presentation purposes.

Requirements:

1. Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Drafting, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a draftsperson, with a background in an engineering firm, design institute, or construction company. Proven project experience in converting 2D drawings into 3D models and exporting 2D drawings from them. Experience handling drawings for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects is preferred.

3. Expert proficiency in AutoCAD with high-level 2D drafting skills and a commitment to drafting standards.

4. Proficiency in at least one major 3D modeling software, such as Civil 3D, Revit, or SketchUp Pro.

5. Understanding of basic BIM workflows; experience with Navisworks is a plus.

6. Familiarity with basic rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape) is an advantage.
