Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Project Management tools
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Maintenance, Transportation and Logistics, and Industrial Engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Project Management and Industrial Engineering principles
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Industrial Engineering tools and methodologies
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience managing projects across supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and industrial engineering functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement project plans aligned with defined scope, timelines, and budgets for warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outputs in accordance with project schedules.
  • Identify business needs and determine analytical approaches to develop effective, data-driven solutions for operational challenges.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional analytics projects addressing key business objectives.

Collaboration, Communication, and Facilitation

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated project solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and requirements.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly and effectively to all relevant parties.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring open communication and timely issue resolution.

Budget, Resource, and Risk Management

  • Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Identify variances and implement corrective actions to maintain financial and performance alignment.
  • Proactively assess potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure all projects comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while driving operational excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
