About the role

Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations professional to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position plays a crucial role in optimising our supply chain operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of products to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution
  • Analysing demand forecasts and sales data to develop strategic inventory plans that meet customer needs
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable services
  • Implementing process improvements and technologies to drive efficiency and visibility across the supply chain
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with teams in sales, production, and finance to align supply chain operations with business objectives
  • Monitoring and reporting on key supply chain metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain operations role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of supply chain management software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in leading and developing a high-performing supply chain team
