Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a leading industrial manufacturing firm in their search for a Mechanical Systems & Facility Development Engineer based in the Philippines.

Salary Range: ₱100,000 - ₱120,000

Work Setup : Onsite

Shift Schedule : Day Shift

Location : Taguig City

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.

  • Collaborate with Sales and other team members in the supply chain including but not limited to Warehouse, Logistics, and Importation.

  • Determine key supply chain KPIs and align with subordinates.

  • Suggest solutions for process improvements and open for suggestions as needed.

  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner to maintain effectiveness of the complete chain of responsibilities.

  • Train and evaluate subordinates according to set KPIs. Provide positive and constructive feedback.

  • Hands-on experience with supply chain management software such as Navision for smoother

  • flow of processing of documentation.

  • Work collaboratively with Finance, Sales, and Purchasing team to determine best vendors and distributors.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for minimum of 10 years

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.

  • Good time-management and organizational skills.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

  • BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field.

  • With working knowledge or training in food regulatory regulations, an advantage.
