About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager at SEA Olympus Marketing Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the company's supply chain operations. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the organisation's purchasing, procurement, and inventory processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing strategic supply chain plans to support the company's overall business objectives
  2. Managing the procurement of materials, goods, and services to meet production and operational requirements
  3. Analysing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and drive cost-saving initiatives
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics and distribution activities
  5. Maintaining strong supplier relationships and negotiating favourable contracts
  6. Overseeing inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimise waste
  7. Monitoring and reporting on key supply chain performance metrics
  8. Identifying and mitigating potential supply chain risks
  9. Implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance overall supply chain efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain management or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  2. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including inventory management, logistics, and vendor/supplier relations
  3. Proficient in data analysis and the use of supply chain management software and tools
  4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  6. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
