Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate On-Call Nurse to provide immediate medical assistance and health support as needed. The On-Call Nurse will be responsible for responding to emergencies, administering first aid, monitoring patient health, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. This role requires flexibility, quick decision-making, and a high level of professionalism in handling various health-related situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt medical attention and first aid to employees/guests/patients as needed.
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient health conditions during on-call hours.
  • Administer medications or treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate with doctors, hospitals, or emergency services when required.
  • Maintain accurate health records, incident reports, and medical documentation.
  • Ensure proper implementation of health and safety protocols in the workplace.
  • Provide health education and wellness advice when necessary.
  • Maintain readiness of medical supplies, first-aid kits, and emergency equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse (RN) with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
  • At least 1–2 years of clinical or occupational nursing experience preferred.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage.
  • Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to respond to on-call duties.

Work Conditions:

  • On-call basis (as needed, outside of regular work hours).
  • May require availability during weekends, holidays, or night shifts depending on organizational needs.
