Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Title: Coordinating Nurse

Set-up: Work Onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)

Schedule: Shifting schedule: 7:00 am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am  (12 hours duty); Maximum of 4 Duty per week

Overall Purpose of the Job:

To be responsible for delivering professional, effective medical assistance services for patients and clients internationally to the highest standards of excellence in conjunction with Medical and Operational Teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and assess medically related calls from patients/clients globally.
  • Provide telephone medical assessments and consultations.
  • Organize and supervise medical assistance, including referrals and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed medical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Act as a medical liaison and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Participate in medical evacuations/repatriations and act as a medical escort when required.
  • Promote International SOS services and maintain occupational health and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered nurse/medical practitioner in the Philippines.
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduation clinical experience.
  • Current BLS/ACLS certifications.
  • Emergency or ICU background preferred; occupational medicine and remote/maritime experience desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical and triage skills.
  • Composure under pressure, customer focus, timely decision-making.
  • Excellent communication in English and Filipino.
