About the role

As a Spanish Bi-lingual Associate at Firstsource Solutions Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers and addressing their queries, concerns and requests in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Providing product and service information to customers and assisting them with troubleshooting and problem resolution
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond calmly under pressure
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
