About the role

As a Spanish Bi-lingual Associate at Firstsource Solutions Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients. What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond calmly under pressure
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
