General Overview

The Production Associate ensures precise monitoring of inventories and provides accurate summaries of production data for analysis and verification. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems and supporting smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory control and quality assurance for raw and packaging materials
  • Conduct bi-monthly inventory checks for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods
  • Prepare and submit month-end inventory reports with updated pricing
  • Manage inventory transfers and GRPO submissions
  • Coordinate distribution of condiments, salad dressings, and bagoong
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely deliveries
  • Collaborate with Supplies and Purchasing for smooth logistics
  • Report operational issues to the Production Manager
  • Handle reimbursements and stock transfers
  • Order fruits and vegetables and monitor leafy item receipts
  • Prepare allocation summaries for dressing and bagoong

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably BSIE, BSFE, BSFT, or related fields)
  • Open to fresh graduates or experienced professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset
