Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Administrator located in North Caloocan. The Building Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily building operations, managing tenant relationships, conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating maintenance and repair tasks. Additional duties include providing administrative support, managing budgets, and handling customer service inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks and providing support
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Finance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus
