Job Responsibility
- Act as a security personnel of the building
- Ensure to endorse utility bills, parcels or letters to assigned tenants of the building.
- Cleaning assigned work areas inside and outside of the property.
- Coordinate with Building Admin regarding the ordering of cleaning supplies and maintenance of equipment.
- Conducting basic electrical repairs inside the building
- Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
Job Requirements
At least High School Graduate
With knowledge in basic electrical and building maintenance works
Can do basic documentation (Utility Bills)
Hardworking and proactive
Can do night shift duty (if needed)
Willing to work in Pasig City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
