Key Responsibilities
Building Operations & Maintenance
Supervise day-to-day building operations, including utilities, mechanical, electrical, civil, and safety systems.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural facilities.
Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, codes, and safety requirements.
Permit & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure timely renewal of building permits, licenses, and government compliances (fire safety, sanitation, occupancy permits, etc.).
Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with government agencies for inspections and approvals.
Staff Supervision & Development
Lead, supervise, and train maintenance, housekeeping, and security staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and promote adherence to company standards.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and service excellence.
Health, Safety, and Security
Ensure the building complies with health, safety, and fire codes.
- Oversee implementation of emergency preparedness drills and safety inspections.
Monitor security operations to safeguard tenants and property.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Provide management with regular reports on building performance, maintenance activities, and compliance.
- Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Female candidate preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in property or facilities management, with strong exposure to mechanical, electrical, and civil works.
- Proven experience in renewal of building permits and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
