Scrum Master
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality software. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in Scrum/Agile facilitation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams in Agile/Scrum principles, ceremonies, and best practices.
- Foster a safe, collaborative environment that encourages open communication and problem-solving.
- Remove impediments, protect the team from distractions, and ensure sprint commitments are met.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized backlog and support sprint/release planning.
- Monitor and track key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, defect rates) to drive performance improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth releases.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to drive Agile maturity and deliver high-quality outcomes.
